1. General rules

Access and use of MakePlanEasier shop and makeplaneasier.com (below referred to as “MakePlanEasier” or “Website” or “Shop”) are subject to the following Terms and conditions. If you access “MakePlanEasier”/ place an online order, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

References in these Terms and Conditions to “MINIMAX”, “we” and “Website” are to MINIMAX Stanisława Mazurkiewicz
(VAT Reg no: PL8581183235) legislated by Polish law.

MINIMAX sells products via the Internet.

1.2 Your acceptance of these terms

By using this Site, you signify your acceptance of this policy and terms of service. If you do not agree to this policy, please do not use our Site. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of changes to this policy will be deemed your acceptance of those changes.

2. Collecting information

4. Placing the order on the Website

4.1 Prices

Product prices come into effect once the product is ordered. All prices presented  in the shop include VAT.

Prices may change and offers may be withdrawn at any time.

4.2 Order confirmation

After placing an order in the shop, a customer will receive an e-mail containing all information concerning the order (number of ordered items, total value of the products, etc.). This e-mail is considered as a confirmation of a sale agreement between customer and the shop according to the order description and the terms and conditions of the website.

The products become the property of the buyer at the moment of making the payment. Until that time the goods remain the property of the online shop.

4.3 Payment & Delivery

Customers can pay by selecting one of the following form of payment:

– Payment with Payment Card via Dotpay.pl

All orders will be processed and dispatch within three business days since payment is confirmed.

Delivery is provided by polish postal service (Poczta Polska). Cost of delivery: 3,90 euro.

The time of the delivery depends on the location of the delivery address. Estimated shipping time: 2-8 working days, depending on the country of destination.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

4.4. Discount and promotion codes

We may offer promotional discounts, with or without a promotion code. Coupon codes cannot be added to an order after the order is confirmed. Coupons are only valid during specific days or for single purchases only. Coupons cannot be exchanged for cash and there is no interest rate. You will not be reimbursed for the coupons, if you return the goods partially or completely. We do not take responsibility for promotion codes or promotions published on external websites.

5. Complaints

The customer has the right to make a complaint regarding products purchased in the shop only when handled in a timely manner and according to the law and our terms and conditions.

All complaints can be filed through returning the product, including a written description of the problem to the following address: MINIMAX Stanisława Mazurkiewicz , ul. Krucza 69/5, 53-405 Wrocław, Poland.

We will consider your complaint within 14 days from the date of filing the complaint.

6. Returns policy

We accept returns. You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can’t accept returns for:
– Custom or personalised orders
– Digital downloads

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

The applicable court of law for the settlement of a potential dispute would be the local court of law for the headquarter of MINIMAX Stanisława Mazurkiewicz.
